Relais Jeunes is an association created in 1984, which has 5 residences for temporary supported accommodation in Seine et Marne, for 605 places in total.

Our team is made up of 31 employees who welcome and support young people towards independent housing.

Your Missions:

As part of association and establishment projects, under the authority of the Director of the Establishment, the management assistant's main mission is to welcome residents and visitors, and ensure administrative monitoring of contracts and files relating to the establishment and residents.

Your mission will be within the team of 4 collaborators:

  • Welcome and inform residents, applicants and visitors,
  • Ensure the administrative management of the establishment,
  • Ensure the accounting management of residents' accounts (invoice, collect, follow up on unpaid bills, follow-up, etc.),
  • Manage residents' solvency files (APL, rental guarantee, FAS, etc.).

 

You hold a level 4 or 5 management diploma
You ideally justify a first experience in rental management,
And finally, you have a sense of hospitality, you show rigor and organization, and the computer tool does not scare you,
